Raise awareness around the RTO offices, their duties and added value to any municipality and region

Plan

We produced a documentary summarizing what is an RTO and how it was successful in more than one region. We also designed brochures and leaflets about the RTO and its work. We organized the event from setting up the room to getting a coffee break station to invite media and make sure they attended, be on-ground during the event and make sure everything went smoothly and as per the client’s requirements. 

Outcome

Very successful event attended by a all leading audio visual and print media, achieving more than 59 mentions  from 3 main TVs, online and news websites and SM posts by the media attending.
