CREATE WORD OF MOUTH AND HYPE FOR LED PROJECT

Objective

To announce the closing of USAID’s LED Project in the presence of officials, USAID representatives and representatives from all the companies and entities who were involved or benefitted from this project

Plan

Invite the agreed upon list of media to attend and cover the event, PR on-ground support, greeting the media attending, support by pushing media to cover it on their media outlets by highlighting the changes this project made to the community, local startups and local companies / products.

Outcome

Press release and event coverage report, media presence and coverage through interviews/reports on TV, Newspapers, magazines, and news website praising and reporting on the event.
